Refund & Shipping Policy

Baadal Bhandaari's Pet Stores INC. bearing GST Number 03AAWFB2941F1ZJ, through its official website www.dogsyourfriendsforever.com, is currently shipping orders within the territory of India only.

Users are entitled to free shipping on all orders with an order value above ₹900. For orders up to ₹900, a nominal shipping charge of ₹69 is applicable.

Every individual order can be shipped to a single address only. The shipments will be delivered at the registered address of the customer by our Channel Courier Partners. If a wrong address is given by the Customer, or the Customer is not available to take delivery, the Company shall not be liable for any consequences.

On holidays or non-working days, there may be delays in delivery. If our Channel Courier Partners are not serving in any particular PIN code, we may have to opt for alternate methods of sending parcels, and the deliveries may be delayed accordingly.

Due to certain constraints, orders cannot be shipped to APO addresses. We respect and value our Armed Forces heartily and regret this limitation.

The customer can cancel any order until the orders are processed and completed from the Company's Warehouse. Orders once processed cannot be cancelled or refunded in any case. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject order cancellations.

For any order which is cancelled before processing, the customer is entitled to a full refund of his payment in case of prepaid orders. The liability of the Company is limited to the amount received at the time of order placement by the Customer.

The Company also reserves the right to accept or reject any order due to any unavoidable circumstances. If any order is cancelled or rejected by the Company, the Customer will be informed accordingly, and the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of his payment. The liability of the Company is limited to the amount received at the time of order placement.

Although utmost care is taken to list only available items at the warehouse, there could be instances where, by the time a Customer finalizes an order, the Product may go out of stock owing to unpredictable sales numbers.

If this occurs, the Customer will be notified by the Company within 48 hours of order placement, and the Customer will have the choice to either:

• Cancel the order and receive a full refund of the paid amount, or
• Wait until the stock for the particular product is updated at the warehouse.

Considering the hygienic nature of our Products, there is no return of Products once delivered.

Products can be exchanged only under the following circumstances:

• a)If the Customer receives a damaged item.
• b)If the Customer receives an item different from the order placed.
• c)If the Customer receives an expired item.

In any of the above circumstances, the Customer must intimate the Company within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. The Courier Partners will arrange for pickup of the item to be exchanged within 7 working days.

The item must be packed in its original case along with the Bill, and the seal of the Product shall be intact. Any item that is opened or damaged due to negligence of the Customer will not be entitled for exchange.

The Company's officials will inspect the item once it is received back at the warehouse, and after reviewing all criteria, the exchange will be processed as per the original order. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange of the Products.

The Customer may be provided with the AWB (Air Waybill tracking number) on their registered email or mobile number once the order is shipped.

The prices listed on the website are currently prevailing, and the Company reserves the right to alter any prices at any point in time.

The Company reserves the right to execute or discontinue any sort of discounts or offers on any product without prior notice.

Any inconvenience caused due to unavoidable circumstances is deeply regrettable. We are committed to resolving any issues as swiftly as possible and appreciate your understanding.
